They are both unstable
I was thinking which will be better

You don't get a steady stream of clients?

If so, there is no guarantee to that.
If there is demand for your service and you are really good, you should make it on bhw as well.

also in BHW you get payment advance most of time but with freelancing sites you need to follow there payment schedule

Try all 4, all 3, upwork, fiver and freelancer got their pros and cons.
Fiverr has been shit lately. It's been flooded by fake review gigs. Also try SEO clients if you are selling something for less then 150$.
But ya, put bhw marketplace on top of your choice of platform stack.
