Offering Adwords help!

Just little info for all. I finished 2 out of 3 exams with following score: fundamentals 92%, display 85%, and failed search with 75%. I do all tests in less than 48 hours. And failed search because of mine stubbornness. Obviously i should wait and learn day or two more (I am very fast learner).
I gonna continue to give free help on this thread to all needed. And this way I wanna publicly apologize to one member of this forum I neglect and didn't do all things necessary to fix his campaign, although i have seen what is wrong and could fix it.
I chosed learning and certification as first goal. Now I gonna focus on making this member campaign much better.
So, thank you guys on your questions which helped me to pass mine certification. And ask more, because I know more.

In short, you CANNOT advertise escort, prostitution, and massages with "happy end"...
And your adult ads gonna be limited in display positions in google display network.

Hi this is my first post
just came here cuz I have a big problem with adwords
I live in Asia country and created a campaign 1 month ago
and it ran really slow that I normally got 30 clicks per day
I used USA $75 coupon and uesd my own credit card (Asia country of course)
and I just filled up random USA address for my bill info , it didn't have any problem , just wayyyyyyy too slow
my "coach" told me that other student whom live in USA or Australia ran very fast , at least hurdreds clicks per day
so he thinks this is adwords "under rule" cuz hes other india and Asian students have the same problem like me
so I have got a VPS , now get stuck on "VCC" , want to make it look like a real USA account
but I have heard many ppl got banned cuz of VCC , but I really don't know what to do
and where can I buy active adwords account from someone whom can trusted
really confused now .... can anyone tell me a solution?

I have no hands-on experience with AdWords though, the only study material I'm using right now is Google own study guide.

Google materials are more than enough to get certified. For me, easiest was fundamentals and display. Search is little harder to learn, and you
need to have some RL experience.
If you google a bit, you can find question examples, but beware, they are similar but not the same. Eg.Same situation, different question and stuff like that.
And, it is the best if you have some RL campaigns to learn.
