Off page SEO for ecommerce

I have couple of months old store, which need off page SEO. I have no time to do it by myself.
Where should you outsource that service? I wouldn't want to hurt the site in the eyes of Google.

And there are many service providers. Are the SEO packages sold here all black hat services? Or are there gray or white hat services also? And how do I find them?

This was not an actual wtb or hire freelancer announcement. But I wanted to ask about experiences on how to find a reliable off page SEO provider.

check their samples, see if the way they added the links are fine, make sure that the same places where they're linking from doesn't have any spammy content (think CBD, gambling etc) (but again this depends on your niche), start doing that and you'll see what's good and bad pretty quickly. Then make a choice

Nothing wrong with blackhat or greyhat services in the eyes of google. Only matters what kind of services your getting from them. Any type of blogs are ideal for ranking.
