Both work well if you are using Agency Ad account, not a classic Ad account, Nutra is pretty risky and standard ad accounts are checking by system or bots and they are banning that pretty fast.

Nutra products are banned on TikTok and Facebook Ads. You can disguise the ads, but it’s easier to work with “white” niches—at least there aren’t any ad account blocks there.
