Tiktok is about running video ads, edit the video, avoid prohibited images, don't put your product right at the beginning of the video,,,. This makes ads easier to approve. But tiktok is also becoming more and more strict

Both work well if you are using Agency Ad account, not a classic Ad account, Nutra is pretty risky and standard ad accounts are checking by system or bots and they are banning that pretty fast.

Why? You can easily promote this niche on Facebook if you bypass Facebook's moderation correctly. It's much more complicated in Tiktok, but everything works fine on Facebook.

Nutra products are banned on TikTok and Facebook Ads. You can disguise the ads, but it’s easier to work with “white” niches—at least there aren’t any ad account blocks there.
