Be wary, many contain hidden malicious code. Better to spend a few dollars and be safe, also buying the theme or plugin supports the developer. For the sake of a few bucks is the risk worth it?

Don't do it, there's too many arseholes who injected malware / trojans into these nulled items.

Unless you trust the source, I would say steer clear.

For example, if one of the members whom I trust shared a theme, I would use it. But I wouldn't trust any random website for my money sites.

Plus there are tons of good looking themes tht are completely free. So why go for nulled?

According to the reports, about 95% of "nulled" plugins and themes have backdoors. There is no Robin Hoods in this world, so nobody will spend money to buy and time to crack something to give it away for free. Since 25% of the entire Internet works on WordPress (hey, that's not a joke!), there are 100's if not 1000's of nuller teams that make a serious money on backdoors that they inject into hacked scripts. How do they make the money? They do it from PC exploit installs, lockers, email spam servers, link clocking / redirects etc that they upload to your WordPress sites via backdoors. Some even not install anything. They just sell a backdoor access to your site to others - those who will use them for own needs. There are special sites for that, and that's a huge market.

That's not a news for those who know, actually. So all that nulled software is just a businesses for some people.

Trust me if you go for a nulled theme/plugin you are most likely signing an agreement with some hacker somewhere "You are free to hack my site whenever you wish sir/ma" Lol :)
I suggest you buy your theme from its developer.
    REASONS
    1) it keeps your site from having backdoors for hackers to inject malicious codes/trojans
    2) Supports the theme/plugin developer
    3) Trust me its worth it...
    4) You get support from the developer incase you have problems handling the theme/plugin
    5) Get updates easily and faster

If you feel you still wanna go with popular nulled themes/plugins downloads site, i hope you don't encounter problems in the future.
NO FREE/CRACKED STUFF (APP/THEME/PLUGIN) ON THE INTERNET CAN BE TRUSTED!!!

    I speak from experience...

    Hope this helps :)

just now i get affected (URL redirect hack) by using nulled theme.
I removed the nulled theme, install the default wordpress and then customized (Now it works well).
In my thought, BEWARE of using nulled theme.
