In India, Paypal and Payoneer are not allowed to keep any user money with them. All money received is auto withdrawn to the linked bank account on next morning. This is because they do not have a banking licence and are not authorized to hold money.
Till you do not find any other option, why not keep withdrawing on daily or weekly basis?

If you don't stay in USA, you can use stripe atlas, they'll register your business and then open an account for you, for just $500

as a non us resident, i have tried to get that done with stripe atlas twice and they didn't approve the application even that we got them all the needed info.
since i do nutra, i think its classfied as high risk on strip, so may be the reason why my application was declined
so i had to do it myself
formed a us company in wyoming got the EIN and i got the bank account + a corporate transferwise account.

why don't you use wire transfer they will give you almost any bank account like USA , UK, AUS etc I tested it with Shopify last year

If you really want, you can find altermatives even now like the often mentioned Transferwise or Paxum for instance, Revolut, Curve maybe. It depends on what features you're looking for and on your whereabouts, but there still can be viable alternatives.
Payoneer seems to be continuing business though. This thread was created, when they had trouble. Probably there's no need for an alternative now, if you were using them, you can continue to do so. Whatever the alternatives are, those aren't better or safer either. Just don't treat these services with the same level of trust you would treat a trusted brick and mortar bank, don't hold too much money on these accounts, so you won't lose much, if shit happens.
