I liked Instaprimed as you just upload the user list txt file and it automatically scraped the users data and saved it into an excel spreadsheet. I want something that easy...

follower_count, email (if added to bio) can be scraped via website. You just need proxies as IG only allows 150-200 profile pages to be viewed before redirecting you to the login page.
As for location, only businesses can specify this, normal accounts do NOT have this property. You can try and scrape their most recent (n) images and take an average if the images are location tagged, otherwise you cannot get this.
If you wanted the business location / business_contact (phone / email) then you have to use mobile API to get that information.
That site works but the exported file is a TXT file which is useless to create a spreadsheet or csv file
