You could use a vpn or rdsl, but that could be a little costly.

No, they have to buy the product then you get ad fee. you don't get payed per click.

This would eventually lead to banning. But if done correctly (breaking the link) while responding is the same method revised just killing time. However with this you can gather emails from prospects that don't make an immediate purchase and eventually issue "call backs"

And the method is not just good for "noobs", it is good for pros too. It's better that some people are not going to use it though.
