Shortened links do not work on FB to cloak as FB follows the link to the end.

Cloaking sounds like what is needed here to sell whatever it is you are trying to sell.

The alternative may be to create a handful of landing pages and rotate them as you post in groups with a link to purchase via the LP which is what I do when I market in groups these days.
