Not able to make PayPal payments

It is an Indian account. Card attached is of SBI. While making PayPal payment, finally it asks for bank confirmation and sends a code to mobile. But the page to enter the code is not loading. Thus I am not able to make PayPal payments. Tried different mobiles and desktops but problem is still there. How to solve this?

Clear the cache and give it a day. Happens sometimes but resolves by itself.

Sounds like an issue with the bank with what you just wrote. maybe talk to them. Sometimes update is released to improve security but accidentally breaks something else it's not too uncommon.

I don't know why people suggest clearing cache when you already mentioned you used different devices

Thanks for the suggestion guys but this looks like a problem with bank only. Is there anyone here having sbi card attached in Indian PayPal account and able to make payment? If the problem is occuring in other accounts also, it will be confirmation.

I faced same issues previously. I waited for 1 day and then problem is solved. May be wait for few hours and check again

You need to check two things. First if this verification is still on paypal side e.g paypal is asking for the verification or if it is external bank verification.
First case you need to deactivate all of your paypal 2 factor auth etc for paying. Second case you need to contact your bank directly. They might be facing issues with their systems(this happens to me a lot in Europe) and possibly have them removed it for you or fix their systems. But in both cases you need to contact someone as if you cleaned so many times cache etc and tried on different browsers its a backend issue.
