Normal vs Business

Hello,

What's better for starting an account, in terms of engagement rate and follow-back ratio? Having a normal account or a business one (with all those insights and contact buttons)? I've seen that most of the accounts sold are normal, but business looks way more professional. Please do share your opinion and stats (if any).
