That's fine, if you don't like the method, other people do and are taking action with it.
My little guide here, is for beginners to make money WITHOUT the use of bots. Once you make money using a few accounts manually you will want to get a bot to increase productivity and earnings. It would be very hard/impossible to manage/create 100 or even 1000 accounts by hand, that is why I suggest buying a bot such as xgram that can do all this in a few clicks.

U'll find a bunch of free bots in the download section, they can be good for you to start earning some money before buying a more efficient bot. They will help you in tasks like liking profils, following people.... Search button is your friend bro

Here's a small tip for you, Download BlueStacks and create an account; get an offer and go to targetted users photo; like it and comment saying "hey nice pic, visit my bio/profile i got something for you BLAH BLAH."
your bio will have your offer and you will surely make Small Money (you asked for it)! If you want Big Money then you need to buy the Bot!

Yes email opt-in type offers work the best. Instagram user just seem to love to fill in their names and emails. There are many affiliate networks to choose one, most will have this type of offer, just choose one and go with it. Remember to cloak your links to avoid network bans

You must be looking in the wrong place then! What you need is an offer which has a good simple sales page, which only requires an email/name/password opt-in.

Wait 30-60mins until your temporary rate limit ban is removed. Or restart your router, to obtain a new IP. Or use a bot with proxies!
