Noob seeking advice on niche

Hi, BHW I've been a long time reader but This is my first post here I've made some money in the past with tee spring and fb groups but I'm looking to make something more sustainable. I'm considering opening up a Hippie Niche Shopify store and have a few questions.

1 I'm not sure fb ads will work well with the hippie niche has anyone had experience with this that worked out?(psychedelic/stoner shirts, wristbands, head bands, art, ect...)

2 I plan on seeing if this is profitable before I form any type of legitimate business would that
be OK or should I form a LLC before I start?

I being a hippie can tell you that we guys buy only OCB rolling papers, Lighter like Zippo, clipper and occasionally chillums and bongs online.
