Noob Question / SEO

Hello Guys,
Im New here but im a big enthusiast! I follow the forum every day and I try to learn as much as possible.
Anyways my question is "Is It possible to rank my website from scratch to a keyword that is 38/100 in KWFinder " and if is there anyone willing to help or show me thread about this !

Yes, but you can't rank in 2 months or with 2000 words article without any backlinks. SEO is a slow process.
I'd recommend you to start with long tail keywords. After some long tail targeting articles you can diversify your backlinks to homepage and inner pages.

You can rank any site. It just depends on your budget and technical know-how.

Starting a site from zero in 2018 is not cheap. Prepare to invest time and money into it.

Yes, you can rank, but it takes time. For competitive keywords, you can target LSI's first. Also, write lengthy and informational content because you can rank more keywords with the single SEO optimized article and built relevant and authority backlinks to articles to get better visibility.
