DA, Domain Authority. PA, Page Authority. They are (limited) metrics that gauge the 'power' of a site/page. In general, higher DA/PA will perform better in the SERPS. Though, it's important to understand that these metrics are just one piece of the ranking puzzle. DA/PA can also be heavily influenced by spam and thus often not provide an accurate picture of the health and ranking potential of a site/page.

It has nothing to do with rankings in google since it's not a metric made by google.

What is PA? (Page Authority)
Page Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a specific page will rank on search engines
What is DA?( Domain Authority)
Domain authority is a measure of the power of a domain name and is one of many search engine ranking factors. Domain authority is based on three factors: Age, Popularity, and Size
What is CF? (Citattion Flow)
A metric designed to predict how influential a link in a site might be, by considering the links pointing to it. It does not bother about the quality of links. If there are more domains pointing to a blog post, then the more influential it is
What is TF? (Trust Flow)
A metric designed to decide how trustworthy the link is. Based on the QUALITY of backlinks pointing to the site
What is RD? (Referring domain)
Referring domains is the total no. of domain linked to a website.
by increasing PA, DA only you cant get higher rank in search engine. Concentrate on other factors as well

DA is Domain Authority and PA is Page Authority which is designed by MOZ. Both has the maximum metric range which is 100. Google will decide which one comes at first, by DA. Coz, this is the metric which defines the power/ strength of the domain. Google predicts the power of the each page in a domain by PA. So the links to the pages which are more strong will be ranked well.
