I’m going to do ppc for certain niche by using google AdWords.

i have set my plan which is to duplicate almost everything from the competitor who are doing well.

do you think this method will be taken down because of duplicate?

There are tons of software applications such as poweradspy.com, adspy.com, mobidea.com, admonitor.ai, spyfu.com, and others, that are used to spy on competitor's ads in order learn about their failures and copy their successes.

BUT! If you are asking if using their text, PICS and CTAs, verbatim, is OK, that would not be a good idea, especially on G00gle Adwords.

Really, all you need is to target their best keywords, their branded keywords and then mirror their copy.

Do you use ANY software to help you optimze your ads?
