Is there a way to fix this? I've had ads enabled for over a day but haven't received any impressions yet.

Lately, I've noticed my spending accounts are very slow; some accounts take up to 2-3 days to start spending money.

I’ve noticed the same recently - some ad accounts are taking much longer to start spending, sometimes even 2–3 days. This often seems related to internal reviews, learning phase delays, or account trust checks.
If spending remains slow for too long, switching to another stable ad account can sometimes help restore delivery more quickly. Just make sure the new account is set up cleanly and scaled gradually to avoid further delays.

Try changing the payment method, or you could create a bait campaign using nature images.

You need to double-check the page and payment card details to ensure the card is working correctly and the page is still active for advertising. If everything is fine, you can try making a few payments to this advertising account.
If the account doesn't have a balance yet, you can create a test campaign and run it alongside your main campaigns to test it.
Sometimes, some accounts need to run campaigns continuously for two days to see results.
I think you should patiently test a few methods above, then the account will start spending.

While waiting for your spending account to be processed, you can start a new account to avoid a long waiting time.

In these cases, you need to wait 3–4 days. If the ads still don’t run, you should turn them all off and create a new ad with different, simpler content.

Delete the warm-up ads and re-run your main ad with the budget suggested by Meta. Also, create a single engagement ad for the warm-up

Many accounts are still experiencing spending difficulties. You need to change the card for your account, possibly change the page, create test campaigns first and wait for the test campaigns to spend money, before creating the main campaign.

Once the warm-up phase is done, you can pause or remove the warm-up ads and launch your main campaign using the budget range recommended by Meta. If needed, keep one simple engagement ad running to maintain steady activity while the main campaign ramps up.

This typically indicates an account or payment hold pending manual review. Check your Account Quality section and Payment Settings for any notifications. "Ads Enabled" doesn't mean they're actively delivering; you must clear any outstanding verification requests.

How do you weigh the simplicity of the content?

This usually points to a temporary review or hold related to the account or billing. It’s a good idea to check the Account Quality and Payment Settings sections for any alerts or verification requests. Even if the status shows “Ads Enabled,” delivery can still be paused until all required checks are completed.

I think you should double-check a few basic things: is the payment method active, is the daily spending limit set too low, is the audience too small, or are the bids too low? Just one of these issues can prevent your ads from delivering.

Some of my accounts occasionally experience this issue; some can be fixed by running test campaigns, but others cannot be fixed, forcing me to switch to a new account.

  1. Check the payment method.
  2. Wait 2 days; if there is no spending or less than $1 spent, delete all campaigns. Wait another 4 hours, then create a new warming campaign in the 1-1-1 format.

The quickest way to overcome the "no spending" error is to change the payment method and use a 'bait campaign'. Use clean images that don't violate policies to run tests first, creating a clean spending history for the account. Once the cash flow is smooth, launching the main campaign will be much safer and more stable."
