Non Paying Client

Create a small video of How horrible his site would look like if you loose your temper
and send clips of it to him giving him a strict deadline if in another 24 hour he didn't clear his dues
this will become reality.
Also, If there is some serious problem with him or his business let him take some time or if possible forgive him........Be Human

Give him 90 days and if still no payment just sell the site.

We had this for a client of ours; dedicated box. We gave him 90 days. He didn't pay, we put up the "this site has been suspended due to non-payment" message at 9A on the 91st day. No image, just a white background, big red font. Within 4 hours, payment was made.

This is exactly why I now always get an upfront payment for services from all clients. I've never really had much problem getting that either. Even when I was new most people were still ok with it.

I will admit that I did do a couple half upfront and half after payments for work I really wanted but it almost always caused an issue which required me to waste my time tracking the money down. So I've had to suspend a couple sites because of this and it does sometimes irritate them but at some point you just have to risk it.

I do try and not go through that if at all possible because almost all of my new business is through referral. So maybe tell them if they are having trouble that they could refer another paying client and you'll apply the referal fee to their account?

Then you're a nice guy for trying to think of a way to help and maybe you can get a couple of new sites out of the deal.

Put a Page that says.

Mr. Xx please pay your bill !!!
