Non Paying Client SUCKS

Right click on his website and click view soruce, grab his ad code and place it on porn websites. Create tumblr, blogger, and many other porn blogs and place his ads on there. Get him banned from his ad company.

Without revenue he won't have a website.

As further evidence that you're just making this up as you go: you originally said 'the complainants jurisdiction' for 'contracts formed online'... now you've changed that to 'in whatever jurisdiction the work is accomplished'. Two totally and fundamentally different premises entirely. I would make the point also that significant amount of legal argument often goes into determining exactly in which jurisdiction work 'was accomplished'.

To suggest that there is some type of international agreement that arbitrarily gives jurisdiction to the complainants home turf is just totally wrong and misleading.

I don't think you're a lawyer. Don't come and BS here son, the smell is strong, as as a community we're pretty damn good at detecting it.

Just try to get the money if they don't want to pay, fuck them. Move on and learn from your mistakes. Don't be even bigger idiot than them.
