Nofollow/D0follow link ratio in posts

Should I left all links in my posts d0follow or not? What is the difference? Will I lose something if I left them d0follow? What will happen if all of them are nofollow?

If link page is of high quality, then leave all of them do-follow, and build some other no-follow links too, to dilute them.
