Most of the profile backlinks will be no follow & they won't index in google. Instead you can focus on creating high quality links like guest posts, niche edits, PBNs etc. Also, no follow links won't pass any link juice. But they are good for diversity & if you add them on relevant high authority sites you will get some referral traffic.

You have to believe no follow backlinks more than do follow backlinks.
For Example, if your site has more than 80% do follow links then Google will track your website.
If they found that you are manipulating results using some tricks and techniques then they will penalize you.
If it happens then your website will not show in the Google search results.
So make sure you always create both do-follow and no follow backlinks for your website.

1. after 12 days don't expect miracles, it takes a lot longer.
2. build nofollow profile links ONLY from relevant pages to your topic
3. make sure the profile is linked from somewhere, (example: if it's a forum, leave a couple of reply on relevant threads to get internal links)

Nofollow backlink – is the fact that you cannot add a link in your blog post without the text after it being followed. This ensures that even if someone clicks on our site and lands on the page, they will still not get to read our blog post. This can be perceived as an annoying thing but lets take a look at its purpose in writing content. We want to create content with intent and relevance to our readers so we need nofollow links for that. It helps save time by preventing duplicate content by making sure there is one link only per website instead of multiple pages per website.

As it's just 12 days firstly you need to be patience and it's not like nofollow links won't play role. Nothing like that Nofollow links will help for SEO. There are some top tier which they never give a d0follow link but it gives more value than a D0follow link.
Try to build backlinks from the best sites I would say to maintain 60% D0follow and 40% of Nofollow.
This sense is called number of post count increment.

it depends on your budget and how you do business. If your budget is high I suggest ******** backlinks because they are really good. If your budget is limited you can build content and buy low quality backlinks
