From last 12 days i am building daily high da pa nofollow profile backlinks...but there is no change in ranking...even no minor fluctuation...
Are profile backlinks dead? Or it is nofollow tag making them useless...
Should i consider not to create nofollow backlink as they pass 0 value to site ranking...and consider only do follow...

Points to consider:-

First of all 12 days is a very short time to even track and notice any progress.
Just profile links aren't gonna take you anywhere, try other link building ways like quality guest posting, social media, niche relevant PBN links, etc..
Also ranking depends on multiple factors besides backlinks like keyword competition, website's content quality, social media presence, etc..

And to your concern regarding nofollow links, mixture of nofollow and d0follow backlinks are equally helpful as SEO perspective.

Profile links takes time to index , sometimes they does not index try building other links as well .

Let me guess you are building those links on goodreads, livejournal and other such sites?

I think they are pretty much useless, but there's a difference between nofollow links obviously.

I paid 400 GBP for nofollow link from The Sun for example.

If i create any other do follow link then keyword start dancing within few hour....but nofollow seem to dead...

Profile backlinks are used more for diversity nowadays and not for their ranking power, so that might be the reason.
Nofollow links can still be useful btw, if they come from forums and reputable sources/authority sites.

they're useless in terms of passing page rank (DR, DA, link juice, whatever you want to call it). But if they come from sources that google trusts (usually big, popular brands) then they're still worth getting as they increase the trust of your site with google, which can indirectly increase your rankings. In other words, they're still worth getting if they come from authority sites and if they're in-content links. If they're not even contextual... well... I don't think you can do much with them :)

Yes. NoFollow Links also help your site in SEO. But, NoFollow link should be relevant to your website. Irrelevant NoFollow backlinks are useless.

Profile links takes time to index and 12 days is very short period for ranking.
Profile links are not effective than other link building.

A few points:
1. Are you profile pages indexed? If they are not then google doesn't even know those profile links exist.
2. Profile links practically have no SEO benefits.
3. Nofollow links do not pass link juice and mainly used for traffic and diversity.

I've seen nofollow backlinks work. However, these backlinks were mostly from niche relevant forums. Sometimes, these also drove traffic to my site.

However, I don't have any numerical proof of this. But I've seen my no backlink articles rank after these nofollow backlinks.

They are not useless they make your site look natural however they dont pass juice.

You have to remember
Not all links are equal
Which also brings to the point, not all "No Follow" links are the same too.
Some I would consider impactful, while other a complete waste of your time (and money)

No-follow links are not that useless but you have to be careful about which no-follow links should you invest your time and efforts for.

Do not waste time creating profile backlinks if you are this desperate to see the results. Instead focus on other types of backlinks like guest posting or links from some diy sites.

Nofollow backlinks can still be useful as they can help improve the visibility of a website in search engine results pages (SERPs). However, they are less effective than ******** backlinks in terms of increasing a website's search engine ranking.

It can take time for profile links to get indexed. Nofollow links can help in diversification.
You can try quality links like guest posting from authority sites. They can bring you real visitors and give some good results.
