I can vouch for this service, I tried it first some time ago with Telegram but it didn't work and my balance wasn't charged, I've used it since with Instagram, Google (US numbers are never available when I try, UK works fine) and Telegram successfully. Also props for accepting Monero as a payment method, which seems to be rare even for businesses that accept crypto.
