Here's my review (i signed up just to post it)
I purchased long term phone number with these guys in NL. Long term rental. It was supposed to auto-renew. I deposited 45 euro to have the number working for next 3 months.
Today I log in to my account and I cannot find my number, there's no order history, literally nothing. Like I never purchased one. Only 45 euro in balance left which was supposed to be used for renewal.
I don't know what happened but I cannot recommend the service to anyone. Number is gone, 0 information. If I had critical service tied to this number i'd be stuck now.

Seems like a bug. But we sell only numbers from our own supply so we can get it back for you no problem! I've sent you a PM. Sorry for the inconvience, we'll fix it for the future.
