No response or any activity on purchased packages from user jackteam

Me and a few other forum members have recently purchased services from @jackteam. The service purchased is the highest ($59) package of his service called "Complete Amazon Affiliate Websites".

User @blacktrilby, if he wants to join the discussion, has also purchased the service and has not gotten a response since May 11th. It has been over 10 days for me now and in the service seller states that the TAT is 9-12 days (which means I should have gotten keywords and responses by now).

The seller was online almost every day but hasn't responded to any of us who bought the service, thus the need to post to the shit list.

I have filed a dispute and will wait for the news in this thread until I escalate it to PP.

Looking forward to solving this and willing to give the seller a chance to do his work if he responds properly. I among others wouldn't like to see such a good seller removed from the forum.

Sorry I just handled my accounts and work to my assistant to respond my clients properly due to shifting office and function.

My apologize for this big mistake.

We refund money or we provide one free website($39 pack) for our mistake.

@jackteam responded with an apology for not responding and has offered a free $39 package for all of us who were waiting for him. As I said, I had no intention to get him banned or anything, I just wanted to get the service I paid for and with this extra website, I am sorted.

After the seller has contacted me and responded with apologies, no work has been done. Now I've lost all my hopes for this package and demand a refund and action taken against the seller. I gave you a chance and waited for more than 20 days for the package and never received it.

I am going to file another dispute on PayPal and if you're smart, you'll issue a refund right away.

@jackteam you have had plenty chances to resolve this and blown it.

First thing you do upon your return is Issue a full refund without question

The seller has sent me an email containing keyword research about which I don't care. I have stated that I want to get a refund and I am tired of any more waiting. Could we please kick this up a notch? @MisterF @BassTrackerBoats

I've also ordered 2 Ultimate packages which I have not received.

Initial keyword research was provided but no further work has been completed on my project.

Just let me know the dates ordered and paid for please, then I can see the TAT promised on the BST.

Are you looking now for these completing or a refund ?

Not looking for a refund. I want him to complete the work. ive bought the domain names and hosting already... :/

Do you not think it is better to address paying customers who you are failing and having to resort to opening a Shitlist, than to be sending out samples and prices on Skype to members of this forum?

Clearly you are unable to meet deadlines and deliver what people have already paid for.
 
The seller has refunded the money, but not through regular PayPal refund but he sent the amount back. Means it's stuck in my PayPal for 30 days but whatever, happy not to get scammed.

Mods, going to take any action at all about this SL matter?
