I've created a 2nd instagram account, made a few posts used tags and everything, still no likes and no followers, tried to find my posts by tag search with my other instagram account - nothing. I guess instagram is somehow blocking my posts or something.. Any suggestions?

You are shadowbanned(or as some people call it ghosted), change ip, url if you use it in bio, change images, switch around tags a bit and change up text.
 
how did you create ur second account, same number, same ip, same phone?

Have you been to those sites that offer free Walmart cards or something?

I've already removed the url that was in my bio, tried different images and different tags, still nothing.

I've used the same ip, my posts shouldn't be shadowed just because of that.. there are many people that use the same ip adress.
 
Removing URL after you have been ghosted won't help, whats done is done. Get a new account.
 
I've got a message saying "The IP address you are using has been flagged as an open proxy.." So I can't create new accounts, I can't do much with my 2nd account, the 1st one is still working tho. There's not much that I can do now, can I?

Contact IG support and have a sob story ready if you need it, maybe that will help.
