1 . Get and download the aol 9.0 optimized from oldversion . com ( America online )
2. Creat an acount on aol. com (it`s free)
3 When you will create the account you will be asked for a 10 digit telephone number , you can use

4. install the aol software
5. Sign On Aol 9.0
6. Connect options-Advanced Broadband Settings-Profile name
( you can use anything try hideip or hackmyip )
7. connectinon type - home Network
8. save
After all that sign on your own user name and password
When you will be sign on the aol account check your ip , you will have US ip ...
Save surfing from now on

The same you can do with compuserve . com but here it`s not free
