This look very interesting software. I definately test it when I have some time.
This could save lot of time if it work good.
One question, if I choose to change proxies every 15min, are those ports same with new proxies?
Like 7001, will it be 7001 after new proxies?

Confused... Need to give a try or not. 
Yes, the ports remains the same. NMP is changing internally the proxies.
You will need to have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package installed in order for NMP to work for you.
