No more Analytics for me. What stats counter do you recommend?

I use piwik on my serious sites.It's good, open source and it's getting updates.

I use http://www.histats.com/ as its quick to set up on any new sites not just wordpress.

Woopra Free Version. The paid is for well.. I don't know people with huge pockets - they had gone mental with the pricing last time I looked.

Tried Clicky but don't like really like it, plus there's that only 1 free trial thing.
Tried Piwik which seemed pretty good but takes longer to set up. I think I'll try it again on a decent site when I have the time.

Get Clicky all the way!

To those that recommended Piwik, many thanks. I set it up today on one of my sites, and its excellent. It tracks clicks on links, banners, and downloads as well as everything that G Analytics does plus more. It solved my problem of how to track banner clicks, and I am more than happy to now use only Piwik, and get rid of G Analytics. I will be setting it up on all of my sites now.

I use Getclicky for one site (I've had a discounted premium for one year but renewal for 80$/ year is ridiculous). The free version is not OK, you have limitations in the stats, you can see only the last month if I remember good and you can have only one site.
Piwik is just great! Free, open source, you can use your own IP databases (PM me for updated MaxMind GeoIP database - Organization), you can self-host it which is great, it is updated frequently and has more features than a lot of paid analitycs. I use Piwik for two other sites of mine and am very happy with it.
