Yep, + 1 for statcounter.
Only problem is if you have hundreds of sites, you need to install the code on them 1 by 1. Only need to do it one time though.
After that though, you can see all your sites stats from a main control board. Think its up to last 4 months data for free (unlimited sites).
But as Gyuman82 said, piwik is self hosted. So if you are ultra paranoid about having your data on another persons server this might be the way to go.

statcounter is great if you have plenty sites with small traffic

Imagine the work to be done if some idiot templates on some old projects have pages without footer.php included and I have to manually paste the code from statcounter

Thank you all for the suggestions. Clicky is not a very attractive option. I am not desperate to pay nothing, but I just don't like it
Not all my websites are WP so I will go with statcounter.com for now.

I don't remember what was the reason at that moment, probably because I opened it in the same with statcounter.com and this one looked better for me. I can still go with clicky for some of the projects, the time is not lost especially since I browsed it more after you asked me

Statcounter.com is weird. Showing correct results except from where the visitors came. All appear as "no refferal link" and it shows no traffic from search engines which is soo not true. Guess I have to search another.
Yes StatPress is good for WP sites. I am looking for software or code for an html site that will count impressions and clicks on ad banners (gif's, jpg's). Something free and simple. Can anyone offer any suggestions please?
