No knowledge-No money Rank&Bank Method-Help

Hi guys , this is the beginning of my journey
First of all , I'm truly sorry for every mistake I make with my not-so-good english , not native.
So , as the title says , I've been reading a lot of topics here on BHW and I will for a long time from now on .
So , I want to start my journey but I don't have enough of these two , knowledge-money , or maybe I am the only one who thinks that .
Anyway my plan is this , and this thread is an opinion based from you guys about my little plan , thanks in advance for that .

My budget is 500euro

So , I will buy , SB and GSA , then a host (60$ for 3/mo so something like 20/mo max), thats it .
Next , a MNS service from The MarketPlace here on BHW , hopefully a service which does enough seo for it as I dont really have any experience ( but I know whats all about ) + the suggested domain
Next , build links with GSA , a lot of them
Buy High Autority links or Specific Niche links
I want onpage and offpage seo already done through that service . hopefully
Anyway , I dont really think I need a lot of work for a 1.5k search and low comp to rank
Is this a good approach ?
And can I make something out of it ?
I want mostly to expand my budget to progress and go even further . And learn in the process. ( buy all the tools also )

I dont want to give up on this because for the past 6 years ( I am 20 now ) I'm searching for a way to make money online and I've been in every topic on the internet from 3d modeling , animations , programming , making pc&android games , repair or build pc's , PTC sites , forex , binary , college , hacking to drawing and a lot more .
And none of them gave me a reason to see potential (to keep going ) and constant or good income for my future plans and be satisfied with it , and now I finally know where to spend all my time on , well mostly because I have a full time job ..

Don't buy SB and GSA yet. Don't buy niche site either. Your budget is only 500 euros, USE IT FOR LINKS!

1. Learn Wordpress it is easy as fuck. It will take 2 -3 days and you will be good.
2. Buy content if your english is not good.
3. Make sure to choose an easy KW if not buy one from Market Place from Jayder he is pretty cool.
4. Build Manual Web 2.0's or Buy them from Market place (seb_ali) has some good ones. If it's only a 1500/mo KW then just buy 10 (he already tiers them u dont need GSA)
5. Spend the rest of the money buying PBN links or building your own.
6. Get some social shares and a Press Release

Listen man you need to read more. Don't start throwing money or you'll be fucked. Read, read and read. Then take your steps wisely.

Thank you dude , I am reading and reading a lot , I have some knowledge with risk and money management , so I will listen to your advices carefully , thanks for droping that reply , but , about your 1. - 2. - 3. , they will kinda be done with a 60$ investment , right ? So in that way I know that I don't screw up with all the little details that are involved in making a money site due to my low experience in making them , so after , with the rest of my money , as you say focus on links


Also , my budget can be expanded each month by little , I mean , I can spare 500e each salary but I dont want to invest a lot and get nothing in exchange

Don't buy any tools. They will eat your money up. Try to do as much as you can by yourself and only spend money on hosting and domains. Spend your money on high quality links (for e.g. PBN links or guestposts) but keep in mind that you should be able to keep the link building consistent for at least a few months.

My plan is to progress slow and safe . Thank you for your advice , I will focus on high quality links then , mainly bought links .
But I see GSA as a must , because I want to focus on rank&bank or churn&burn methods , anyway quick , for a span of 3-4 weeks before google kicks in , so I'll have quality links combined with GSA links , spam or whatever .
Doing experiments , learning and also money .
I do take in consideration any advice you guys brought to me . Thanks.

Or , I see this wrong and I can rank quick without GSA , only quality links , web 2.0s , PBN .
