For those that were asking, they ask for a picture of your face to verify against the id. I took a picture of my own face and then simply flipped the webcam around and took a picture off my screen of the id I wanted to use that had my face on it. Easy peasy. Verification went through, just waiting on the coin. So, no, you don't hold it next to you. Just a shot of your face, then the front, then the back.

EDIT - I just noticed the ID I used was expired two years ago, 2017. It still went through.

Can't I just withdraw my stellar, and then E-Mail them, they should delete all my data due to GDPR?

Is anyone else noticed that when you received these Lumens your blockchain account shows 250, but that "Transaction confirmed" (eg. stellarchain) shows that address have balance 500?

nope, my Account has 500 Stellar, as it should
 
it's been 2 days and I still didnt get the free Stellar.
I guess I still have to wait for another days?
