Hi,

This is schocking for must of SEOers !!
Some keyword planner users faced a problem being unable to use the service unless they have an active campaign, is G00gle serious about this or it's just a bug ??

Anyway, nothing is confirmed yet, go check yours now and tell us !

What's shocking? Google decided they can't afford or want to provide this tool for free unless you are an advertiser. It's a business decision.
