NicheSite with $150 a month Journey

Hi guys,
I was not totally a newbie in IM. 2 years ago, I was earning about $50/month with JVzoo by spammy backlink and auto-content. Until Google update and my site got banned. So I quit.
Now, I have a full-time job in my hometown with the monthly salary of $250 (Sadly, It's normal in Vietnam)
So, I come back to IM and start this journey. With my income, everything I can invest is $150 a month, no more. And my target is earned up to $150 a month in next 6 month, then I can use the profit to re-invest and scale the site to Authority.
Sounds crazy, huh?
I'll try to do most of the things by myself, only outsource content, keywords, and backlinks.

I spend few days in expireddomains.net to find a good domain to start. I found one. DA=16, PA=30, TF=2, CF=12, clean history, clean backlinks. It was a real blog of a woman who has three kids. I took it and started.
Q: Why expired domain?
A: An expired domain has some backlink already. It also releases to my niche (Baby). If this site can make money, I'll scale it to an Authority Site.

Domain and hosting
I choose Godaddy Wordpress Manager hosting ($12/year for both Domain and Hosting). People said that Godaddy hosting is suck, so I use WP-Rocket and CloudFlare to cache and speed up my site.

Themes and Plugins
I used Divi Theme, Thrive Builder, WP Review Pro, WP Rocket. All of them are from Groupbuy. I don't want to use Thrive theme because I already have my knowledge in Divi. I created logo myself, too.

Contents
I bought a pack of content from @bossofthebosses . 10 dollars for 5 articles. The seller gives me 1 review article and 8 articles. I used 2 of them on my money site, 1 for guest posting and still have 5 left. (Articles are good, but the content is not suitable for my site.)

Backlinks
I make blog comment by myself on real mom/parent/baby care blog.
I used a review copy of @IamKing
I posted a guest post at PA 15/DA 36 site.

Spend : $12 (Domain + Hosting) + $20 (Group buy Premium themes) + $10 (Contents) = $42

My plan?
Continous blog comment and build Web 2.0 by myself.
Buy a keyword package from @namhq89 ($30).
Find a good writer to write 3*2000 words articles. (Can you recommend someone?)
Find a writer to re-write 15000 words MRR ebook about child safe.
Use @lightningblitz Cheap SEO Guide to rank some easy keywords.

Hi I am on the sam journey working on two website one of them is news web and other one is niche website. Website are not doing good in current as I think designing part sucks. I have no money to invest in designing of website Which i think is the most important part to get website noticed by visitors. If your ads are not placed at right place no one is going to click them.

First, I will rank for Long tail information keywords to have traffic and earn some money through Adsense, but my long-term game is for Amazon and ClickBank.

I've contacted some writer in BHW and Freelancer Networks to samples. Made some optimize to my site.
I'm worrying about Google Fred, so I stopped do blog comment and Web 2.0

Update: I've contacted dozen of writers, asked for samples and tested they writing skill. Thanks for @hasa1015 with a amazing thread here, and thank for a big help from @ThopHayt , I finally choose a Africa based writer from Upwork instead of BHW writers.
I paid him by month, $100 a month for 8000 words.
Today spend : $100
Earning: $0
Total: -$172

Update: Now, my money site have 10 posts. All informative articles, at least 700 words per post.
I bought 3 Authority backlinks from WN.com, Patch and Behance ($15 without the articles), two of them are indexed.
Some of informative keywords are in page 5. Got some traffic.
Today spend: $15
Earning: $0
Total: -$187

Update: The site have 14 Published Posts and 2 pending posts. The writer works well.
I did some outreach work, but no good news so far.
