Niche porn domain evaluation

I have recently purchased a niche porn domain: amateurcollegeporn.com

I am still quite new to the the domaining/website game, I was just wondering if anyone could offer some advice on whether to sell this domain (if it has a good value) or whether to build a site and create income from the ad revenue. The site is 18 years old, has 165,000 backlinks and receives 1,300 google searches a month.
