Looking for some niche data. Looking to pay for it, but am working within a specific budget. I currently need to hit on a few different sets of criteria. Data has to be good quality. No over-used, easily attainable data. Data needs to contain certain fields. Can pay for total job, per record, or whatever is best. I used to mine data from zoominfo but they got smarter than me and shut my paid account down 
Here is just one example of what I need.
1. United States only - CTO (chief technology officer) and CIO (Chief Information Officer) emails with name, company, address,phone, company description, industry, sic code.
Not all these fields are required, but add value. Looking for at least 20k + here.
