Niche Domain (Low DA) & Generic Domain (High DA)

Guys,
if you would have an option to choose the domain for your PBN

which would you choose?

Niche Domain but have around 10 - 30 DA or Generic Domain have over 30 DA
which will you choose?

Always the generic domain, especially for PBN sites. The generic domain may not rank as well as the niche domain (which does not matter for PBN sites), but the increased link juice from the generic domain is worth it.

DA is a worthless piece of crap. DA10 domain can be X times better than DA30 domain and it doesn't happen rarely. Use metrics that are at least somewhat reliable.

Anyway, answer is not clear. A lot depends on the actual niche and how hard is to get decent niche relevant domain there. I would take anything as big as possible that can be somewhat repurposed for my niche.

Generally wouldn't be fussed with niche relevance when picking up domains for a PBN. Just create your own niche relevance on the page you're linking out from.

I will go for which sites have good metrics like cf, tf, low spam score, and low OBL
