This is a great question! Once your site is optimized, you will want to focus on offsite SEO such as linkbuilding, directory submission and external property creation. Onsite you can continue to optimize by starting a blog and adding content on a weekly basis. Lastly, you will want to monitor your efforts. SEO is the one task that is never really done for your website. You will continually need to monitor your site performance with some kind of analytics software and tweak things. Adding new content will also be an ongoing process.
