2. What software should I use to record all of the user id and password. when user register he automatic get email for activation.
3. maybe i will selling service like a free trial and premium price $$$. What software should I use for this.

Nothing Beats Wordpress, unless you create your own Custom CMS.

There are lot of wordpress premium plugins for that consider searching on google, each plugin comes with it own features.

You can show some portions of the website to free/trial user and if they for premium they can use all features. again there are plugins for that as well.

Didn't get your question but if you are saying is there any services to create a custom membership website for you on BHW, then consider looking to hire a freelancer, but make sure the person you are hiring is legit and take some measures to not get scammed by some scammer, like 25% payments in project start and 75% after the project is finished, or if its a long project use escrow or something...

I am not sure what you mean. CMS = content management system, yes you can use wordpress to build a membership website, people do it all the time.
