Newbie Question (Networks, Offers, Traffic Sources)

Hello! Completely new here, have a few questions:

Are adult offers good for newbies to get involved with?
If so what Aff networks are the best to get into for these sort of offers.
Lastly, what traffic source should I be pushing these adult offers on... heard a few things about adnium.

Adult is an evergreen niche that is also quite good for beginners. so definitely worth giving a try.
Regarding Affiliate Networks, I recommend doing a bit of research, you can do it here . Lots depends on what you are working with, your traffic, traffic volume, country you are looking to work with etc.
You can push your offers via your website (+ optionally if you want to mix paid and unpaid traffic - giving push traffic a try, it works well with adult niche) if you have one, and all avenues of social media.
