Here is just something I put together, which I have been planning on doing/am doing at the moment. Obviously don't copy the exact web2.0 properties or the linking structure I have used but it will probably help just to have a look at lots of different wheels just to see which bits of each on you like.
Black = To money Site
Red = To Another property
Blue= Xrumer to web2.0
Exact technique I use at the moment.
To the OP:
A tip in keeping everything organized (because I despise excel/spreadsheets with a passion) is to create a directory on your computer that contains a bunch of subdirectories each with its own portable firefox with the Autofill Forms addon.
Ex:
WEBSITES-
/Domain1 -> -Firefox (Autofill)
-250 article file
/Domain2 -> -Firefox (Autofill)
-250 article file
etc
Each firefox contains bookmark folders (WIKI, BLOGS, HUBS, FORUMS, ARTICLES, etc) with all logins/passwords/cookies/proxy nicely saved and separate from your main browser version. Also use The Best Spinner to drop in 250 articles in each directory so when I come back to those links again it takes less than 20 minutes to re-login post 30-40 articles. Separate browser profiles becomes a hassle if your list is too long.
I usually post in sets of 50 per site (8 Wikis,12 Blogs,14 Hubs,6 Forums (not profiles but posts),10 Articles (switch it up every set: 12 blogs this time 6 next time, etc) then once I'm done (3-4 articles each with no links first then begin adding links on your next articles which are the links you want to blast) I run an xrumer and scrapebox blast to all links (as many as you have) then move on to the next set and website.
Try your best not to use the same 50 each time but always look for an entirely different 50 the next time around. If possible keep a link directly to all of the signup pages in a list somewhere or again in a bookmark folder so your list grows each new set which makes it much easier to compile a new 50 when you have 500-1000 new links to work with.
It's an extremely easy set up to maintain and you never lose anything because you can backup that directory and you have those links & logins for life. They also gain a substantial amount of backlinks each time you blast and over time age. For maintenance, keep them active every few weeks with a post which should go a long way in building some serious link power towards your sites especially with the Xrumer/Scrapebox combo. Add in an Xrumer and Scrapebox directory into your main website dir to organize your lists as well so each new blast period you have the lists and your ready to go.
Hope that helps.
