Newbie Needing Linkwheel Help

Hi blackhatters,

I need some help regarding linkwheels.. Is it still effective?

And using different web 2.0 properties, should I place at least 5 posts? Or can I use only 1 post for each property?

And how do you index your web 2.0 properties and how how many properties should we make per week if it is a new site?

I also heard about link layering. Which should I go for? Linkwheels or Link layers?

thanks.. im not looking for sites to comment on for backlinks but im trying to make some backlinks thru web 2 properties.. My main question is how many posts or post should I be using for each property? Will a single post would do?
