I tried to post on FB marketplace, Craiglist, and OLX. I got two messages from OLX but unfortunately not able to convert them into buyers. Will keep trying and update you.
BTW do you know any other marketplace which is active like OLX, any local or international?

eBay can work too.
Just do a google search "your country + online marketplace" and you will find some things

I just prefer auction.
Look into the rules of the marketplace that you want to sell on.
If people have to pay through the payment checkout of the marketplace itself then you can't sell 100 items without anyone actually buying because it is very suspicious.
With Facebook and craigslist, I am pretty sure you can get away with it because you don't sell through the app itself, they pay via direct deposit or Paypal, whatever you agree on.
As long as you don't get reported (which you shouldn't if you are nice to people and come across as trustworthy and genuine, not a spammy scumbag) you are safe 99% of the times
Try for yourself and see what works.
If a marketplace account gets banned, create a new one and get started again and learn from your previous experience.
If the rules are too strict move on to another marketplace.
You should be fine with this method as long as you are allowed to send affiliate links in PM (allowed by the marketplace and the affiliate program)

Yes amazon works great because of the commission and because they are very trustworthy and great upsellers.
But
They apparently don't allow sending affiliate links in PM's so you can get your account banned.
A member here said that you can cloak the links but I personally have no experience with that.

Then it doesn't look as legit anymore because who would buy a domain and set it up just to refer one customer to a product.
With some creativity and technical knowledge this could definitely work though.
Well if thats you gotta do for not getting banned your amazon account you probably have to do, i dont know if they would click a shortener and then to the redirects.
Not sure anyway if u can actually fake refer from a naked link in a pm without something inbetween.

Guess I will need a USA facebook account so that I can post in marketplace because facebook marketplace is not available in my country.
What do you think... Or you can suggest any other way u can promote the link without getting banned.. I don't have a website.

Try to get a USA Facebook account.
First double-check if your affiliate program can pay you. Maybe some countries are not allowed

You have a few options
- Create a website with 5 or more unique articles of a couple hundred words (my new site with 5 3OO words unique articles got accepted)
- Tell them that you run paid ads
- Select other if there is an option "don't tell them you send through PM though"
Another user suggested you can cloak affiliate links but I don't know how that works so I can't give you advice on that.
You can find other affiliate programs that allow you to promote through PM's if you want. At the end of the day, you are making them money so it is in their interest to get as many affiliates as possible. I think amazon doesn't allow because you could save a lot of money if you use a friend's affiliate code every time you make a purchase
