Hey - Newbie to forum.
Is there a Topic dedicated to Newbies?

Where can I find out information about the following:
1) Feedback system.
2) Ratings System
3) Newbie posting limits (At the moment it seems to be 4 mins when will this decrease?)
4) Are there restrictions to the types of goods & services I can sell on the market place?
