Newbie here, help needed. :(

I am newbie here on BHW and all that SEO stuff. Here met some articles where a guy was making online money from TikTok, he was happy.
After few articles here I learnt about cpaBuild and OGads. Registered and my accounts there were closed. They need some facts and incomes made online, which I don't have at all.
What I need: someone who can show me what to learn or what to do, will be grateful for help and support, for me 30$ per day is okay.
What I have: Have and IG account with 81k followers, most from CIS countries.
About me (in case this skills will be needed): Know these languages, Russian, Persian, Turkish and English.

For starters you have a decent amount of followers to get paid promotions on IG, just contact companies in your niche.
