[Newbie] FB+CPA?

Hi, guys. This isn't yet a journey per se, I'm not sure where to post it. I'm trying to earn some $ to invest in Instagram, which is one of the main things I'm interested in...
My memory isn't helping me too much, but I do know I once read a thread on here, a guy promoting CPA offers in Freebie FB groups. I've tried the search function, but I have not found it, which probably means that I've used the wrong keywords.. Could any of you link me to it, or tell me how do I promote on FB groups? FB marks links as SPAM, as you all know.
