Hey there. I'm new also but will say I was pretty surprised to find so many How-To 'manuals' on this site by just typing in 'tutorial' on the search bar. One in particular sent me to the graphic design page and tutorial. For SEO given what site we are on lets just say there are more then a few! Have fun and good luck!

There is a download section here listed as a header in the forum towards the bottom looking straight down. Udemy, Lynda, etc...

Plenty of good stuff on p2p as well. Same names as well. There is also a book as a pdf file that floats online and is a teach yourself visually book. I recommend them being someone whom is new and learning this while being slow as shit picking this all up.

In my experience, the best way to learn something is to practice. I can tell you a lot about graphic design and I suggest to start off by learning to do something you can sell right away (so that you will stay motivated): search torrents for lynda logo design courses and start from there. Set up an account on fiverr and start selling (don't worry about the quality - the main goal is to learn design, and fiverr is good, but just in the beginning). Once you get a hang of it, explore other design niches. Practice, practice, practice.
In terms of SEO, start reading the forum, learn the basics, set up a website and try to rank it locally.

Try to watch Whiteboard Friday videos from Moz, some download tutorials are there too.
use the option Search and Learn then remove L from Learn & Earn
