[Newb] How to trigger IG phone verification?

Guys, I know this is a newbie question...I don't have much experience with IG.
I need to know this because I would like to make some tests on some PVA accounts, but I don't want to get to the point when IG forces me to phone verify my accounts...I just want to do this verification on my request.

PS: I did insert the phone number in the user profile, but no message has been received from IG.

good idea but I am boting these accounts with a desktop script.
