The idea is very good, but not workable due to the fact they do performance only. But nice out of the box thinking

Ive founded another program which will help you doing conversation text 2 speech..
"Acapela" + some voices
Heres a little info about it:
After installing, you'll want to make sure the TTS server is running. To do this, go to program filesNextUp-Acapelabin, and double click the file acatel_srv.exe. You may want to put this in your startup folder or add this to the run key in the registry. If this is not done, you'll still be able to use the voices, but only for 30 days. The voices will appear as standard SAPI voices regardless of if the server is running or not. The Text to Speech engine is included in each voice installer.
